Service Description
When you book our Pocket Garden Coaching, you'll receive a link to join a private chat on Telegram. You'll have a personal resource to ask questions, get advice and guidance, and learn how to garden on your terms. The 15 minute time slot you select is a placeholder that will kick-off your week, month, or season of support.
Cancellation Policy
1. Service Overview Pocket Garden Coach is a virtual garden consulting service delivered via text and voice messages on Telegram. Depending on the package you choose, you will receive personalized guidance and support for either 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months. This service does not include live meetings or calls, and the 15-minute booking time is a placeholder to initiate your support window. 2. Communication & Boundaries • Support is provided during our business hours: Tuesday through Saturday • Response time is typically within 24 hours • You may send photos, voice messages, text, or short videos related to your garden questions • I reserve the right to limit the scope of conversation to topics that align with this service Clients are responsible for maintaining active communication through Telegram during the support window. 3. Start & End Dates Your support begins on the date and time of your booking, and continues for the duration selected at checkout: • 1 week (7 calendar days) • 1 month (30 calendar days) • 3 months (90 calendar days) Unused time does not roll over, and I am not able to pause or extend support windows. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Due to the nature of this virtual, time-bound service, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be granted once a booking is made. If you are unable to begin support at the scheduled time, please contact me within 24 hours of booking and I may be able to reschedule your start date once, pending availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in writing. 5. Client Responsibility You agree to provide clear information about your garden and goals through the intake form and ongoing communication. Results will vary depending on your environment, follow-through, and external conditions (weather, soil, etc.). I do not guarantee specific outcomes, plant performance, or project success. This is an educational and advisory service. 6. Privacy Your personal information and garden details will never be shared or sold. All messages and content shared during our coaching are confidential.
