What is Telegram and how do I access it?
Telegram is a free messaging app that can be downloaded in the Apple App store or Google Play store. After booking and completing payment for your Pocket Coaching, we'll send you an invite link to join your private chat with your garden coach.

Can I use this for a container garden or small space?
Yes! If you're growing edible plants—herbs, greens, or veggies—your garden coach will be able to offer support, no matter the size of your garden (community garden plots count, too).

Can I use this other types of gardening besides growing food?
We are optimized for kitchen gardens and are only offering Pocket Garden Coaching for those growing things to eat. We'll let you know when we expand our services to include support for other types of gardening.

Can I pay for my pocket coaching plan in installments?
Yes! Payment plans are available for the full season (12-week) plan. Contact us to set up an installment plan.

What if I need more help after my plan ends?
You will always have the option to renew your plan once your support window ends! Book again any time via our website, or contact us to extend your plan.

Can I cancel my plan and get a refund?​
Due to the nature of this digital, time-bound service, all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not available once a booking is made. We understand life happens and we encourage clients to reach out to us if circumstances prevent you from using your service.
